MARTY LASKER, M.P.A., is the President of HLC, Inc., and an experienced mediator. Using the California Superior Court standard to qualify for the Party Pay Panel, he has an 85% settlement rate. Marty’s dominant style is facilitation but recognizes the need to employ any style appropriate to reaching a settlement.

He entered the mediation field following 30 years of consulting and training with corporations worldwide. During this time he focused on Conflict Resolution, Finance, Organization Behavior, Change, Leadership, Teams and Diversity. As an expert in the use of simulations, he has honed his facilitation skills with a diverse range of issues and personalities.
