What is it?
Enterprise ProfitAbility™ is an interactive board-based financial simulation with six teams
competing for customers and ultimately for the highest profit. With three product lines available,
each team must make decisions about how many business lines to take on, how much inventory to
carry, which customers to pursue, how much to charge, the amount of debt to assume, and where to
get its cash. This is the ultimate in simulations as it takes complex topics and makes them appear
simple. Even the numbers-phobic become immediately engaged and everyone learns. Short mini lectures
are followed by team planning periods, then comes the action cycle where the market determines the
winners and losers, followed by the reporting of results and finally the debriefing at the individual,
team, and large group levels.
