What is it?

The program is built around the Enterprise ProfitAbility business listeracy simulation, which enables participants to learn from experience with a lively, 3-D interactive model of the business they run. The simulation starts with simple rules, so the basic concepts can quickly be grasped.

As the program continues, more concepts are introduced, and new rules are added to the simulation so each concept can be tested and learned through practical experience.

Corporate ProfitAbility is designed to run as four modules, culminating with each participant putting together a personal action plan for their contribution to value creation. It assumes no prior knowledge, but it is a sufficiently stimulating program to challenge and keep the interest of even those who already have extensive financial experience.
